Friday night TGIF Ride to the Wells food trucks was a big success, we had 8 bikes for the ride down and Kevin, Breen and Penny, Rachel, Roland and Jackie drove separately. Hoss and Mary's Bangkok Haddock Wrap did not disappoint, it was HUGE! Rachel had a Turkey spinach crept at the Crept Elizabeth wagon and she gave it a thumbs up.
We all know that “Ride and Have Fun” is the motto of HOG. But I think a secondary motto of most HOG chapters I’ve been associated with is “Eat to Ride and Ride to Eat.” Therefore, this month’s challenge will take you to some of everybody’s favorite eating places -- Diners.

SMPHOG ride 8/7/2021 led by Bob Foss around Squam & Lake Winnipesaukee, lunch at George's Diner, and top it all off with Ice Cream at Johnson's.
Thanks Bob for another fantastic ride.
Ken Hawko led the 8/4 Ice Cream ride to the Dugout in Windham. The riders was greeted when they drove in to the Dugout by SMPHOG members who couldn't do the ride but wanted to have Ice Cream with their SMPHOG friends.
Now what was Kari getting ready to say!!!
Members arrived at Dugout and some are off bikes while others are still parking.
Looks like there were some delays so there was time to socialize.

Had a great ride down the southern coast mostly on Rt 9. A nice stop for lunch at Litchfield’s in Wells.
It was good to see the chef in the front of the restaurant wearing a “Nine Line, 22 a day” shirt. Always a favorite place, now it’s even more of a favorite.
Up Rt 1 and of course ice cream at Martel’s in Saco. It was my first ride as road captain and looking forward to the next one.
