We are an active and diverse group of riders that enjoy riding motorcycles, getting to know other people and we love finding great places to eat!
In this club you will find riders willing to help you whenever they can.
Southern Maine Portland H.O.G. is known in the area for holding safe, structured group rides. We continue to receive e-mails, letters and comments from guest riders on how much they enjoyed riding with our group.
We have a HOGLINE where we give weekly updates of our events.
Please check it, before departing for any event for any changes that may have occurred, i.e., cancelled due to weather.

The rules are pretty simple. You must be a member in good standing of the National Harley Owners Group to be a member of any local chapter. Our membership runs from January 1st to December 31st. Please know if you let your National Membership expire within this time period you will be removed from our registry until you have renewed your membership to National H.O.G. If you are not a member of National H.O.G. you may call 800-CLUBHOG and register. Once you are a National Member click below for our local membership form.
Big Moose Harley-Davidson will give a complimentary membership to SMPHOG with any purchase of a new Harley from them.

Also many of us attend H.O.G. Rallies.
In addition to our chapter rides, SMPHOG also takes pride in being a contributor to our surrounding community by supporting local charities and centers through group rides and fund raisers.
In late winter we have a ride planning meeting where our members decide what we want for rides that year.
We ride because it keeps us YOUNG at heart and we love being in the wind!
One of the best reasons is all the friends we make while pursuing our passion.
We become a FAMILY: we are always there for each other!
